Sometimes, even on a Chromebook, it’s useful to take a screenshot. Fortunately Google give you a couple of quick keyboard combos to allow you to easily take a screenshot in ChromeOS.
If you want to snapshot a region of the current screen then you can hit CTL + Shift + 
If you want to take a snapshot of the entire screen then you can press CTL +
You’ll see a confirmation box appear in the lower left hand corner of the screen to allow you to quickly view or copy the screenshot.
